Third-Party Cookies and Web Beacons

The third-party services We use have been carefully selected. They are necessary to bring You the best possible experience and to continuously improve Our product and Service.

As Our core business is about You, the Customer, at times these Services are used to store or transfer Customer Data between WeSolve employees – for example when a support request has to be communicated to a developer. We limit the amount of Customer Data contained in such communication to the minimum required and the use of information is limited to that specific purpose.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to keep an overview of what kind of people are interested in Our services or keep track of visits in the web pages in the platform. 

Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyse how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of Our Web application and websites (including your IP address).

We draw your attention to the fact that Google Analytics is supplemented by the code “gat._anonymizeIp();” on Our Web application and websites to guarantee the anonymised collection of IP addresses (so-called IP-masking).

In case of activation of the IP anonymization, Google will truncate/anonymize the last octet of the IP address for Member States of the European Union as well as for other parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases, the full IP address is sent to and shortened by Google servers in the USA. On behalf of the website provider Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating Your use of Our Web application and websites, compiling reports on website activity for Our Service and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage to Us. We use Sendgrid as a reliable provider for sending emails. Sendgrid does not use traditional cookies but it does use tracking pixels (“Web beacons”) that give Us an indication of if and when emails are opened.
