Understand what matters the most

Human beings have always lived and interacted together in shared spaces, whether this happens in form of a community, society, work relations, educational institution, living situation, and much more. And even though every individual has to communicate and cooperate to work towards a similar goal, a good life, for example, gaining education and skills, solving challenges, or exchanging culture, every human being experiences the world differently than everyone around them. This worldview is determined by many factors, such as age, gender, education, ethnicity, and upbringing. When working together towards a collective solution is of utmost importance to not only consider one’s own viewpoint but the bigger picture full of many different points of view.
