At WeSolve, the security of our systems is a top priority. However, despite our best efforts, vulnerabilities may still exist. If you discover a security issue, we encourage you to report it to us responsibly so we can address it promptly and protect our users.
We appreciate your assistance in safeguarding our systems and request that you adhere to the following guidelines when reporting security vulnerabilities.
How to Report a Security Vulnerability
- Email your findings to security@wesolve.app. If needed, encrypt your report to prevent unauthorized access to sensitive details.
- Do not exploit the vulnerability beyond what is necessary to demonstrate its existence (e.g., avoid modifying or deleting data or accessing excessive information).
- Do not disclose the vulnerability to others until we have resolved it.
- Avoid attacks on physical security, social engineering, distributed denial of service (DDoS), spam, or third-party applications.
- Provide sufficient details for us to reproduce the issue. This typically includes:
- IP address or affected system URL
- Detailed description of the vulnerability
- Steps to reproduce the issue (for complex vulnerabilities, additional information may be required)
What We Promise
- No Legal Action – If you follow the instructions above, WeSolve will not pursue legal action against you for ethical vulnerability disclosure.
- Confidentiality – Your report will be handled with strict confidentiality. We will not share your personal details with third parties without your consent.
- Progress Updates – We will keep you informed as we work to resolve the vulnerability.
We are committed to resolving security issues as quickly as possible and welcome your collaboration in responsibly disclosing and mitigating potential risks.
Thank you for helping us keep WeSolve secure!
